A 102-run opening partnership with Joey Coughlan helped Will Oldham score his maiden Bathurst Orange Inter District Cricket (BOIDC) century on Saturday afternoon at Wade Park.

Oldham hammered 107 off 111 balls which, along with Coughlan's 53-ball 64 powered CYMS to 6-254 and a 132-run win over Centrals.

The duo hit 29 boundaries between them, with Oldham finding the rope 15 times in his season-best performance with the bat.

Speaking to the Central Western Daily, Oldham said, "I was in the 90s for a while and doing it in singles at one stage and then I was on 95 and hit a four and another single so I was just relieved to get there".

In his debut year for CYMS, Oldham has so far scored 278 runs at 39.71 to sit ninth on the run-scorers list for BOIDC.
